Most of our cabins all rest along the creek so you'll hear that all throughout your stay. The occasional train rolls through at the end of our road on your way down to our private beach on the feather river. Pulga is rustic but has all the amenities, best water source, power and Starlink! Only 3 homes tucked away down this long driveway. Feels rural but close to Grocery store, downtown and to confluence!

This sweet little cabin sleeps two, and has room to set up tents, park your RV, and your boat or trailer. (Pricing for these additional options and guests will vary.) The quaint 12’x20’ space is a must see given its proximity to Bullards Bar Reservoir. Only a 6 minute drive to Dark Day boat launch!! It’s ideal for spending the day on the lake and the night in the cabin. Located conveniently on Highway 49, between Nevada City and Downieville, makes for the perfect little getaway.

The Historic Hilltop Cottage

The Hilltop Cottage was built in 1872 and is 2 blocks from downtown. GV has activities such as the arts, street fairs, and trails. This cozy cottage has lots of light and everything you need to relax/unplug from daily living and relax in the country. One bedroom has a queen bed with a soft memory foam topper. There is a full sleeper sofa in the living room. One bath has a claw foot bathtub and the other bath has a shower (tankless water heater). The cottage is pet friendly.

Access requires a high-clearance 4WD vehicle and a scheduled meet-up for guided arrival. Best suited for independent, rural-minded guests.
