El alojamiento es amplio, luminoso y exterior. Está completamente equipado para que disfrute de una estancia cómoda y agradable. El salón muy acogedor, con sofá cama y Smart TV 4K de pantalla plana. En los alrededores encontrará una gran oferta gastronómica y de ocio como el Mercado de la Recova. Cercano a museos como TEA y MUNA. La playa de Las Teresitas a solo 15 min en coche. Excelente conexión: parada de taxis, Intercambiador de autobuses, tranvía y parking público 24h a escasa distancia.

Entspann dich und geniess es in unserem Apartment Urlaub zu machen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen friedlichen Wohnresidenz mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und auf die Insel Gran Canaria, mit grossen, gepflegten Gärten im subtropischen Stil, die es zu einer Oase machen. Die Anlage liegt 5 Min. zu Fuss von einem kleinen Fischerdorf entfernt. Hier befinden sich Bars, Restaurants und Strand. In der Umgebung kann man schöne Buchten entdecken oder einen Spaziergang zum Leuchtturm machen.

Apart. con 1 dorm. ind. y baño en suite, en primera fila mar. Bella vista al jardin y piscina con mucho sol y tranquilidad. Cocina bien equipada y salón luminoso y comodo. Al Loro Parque a la playa Jardin y Lidl pueden llegar a pie. Hay aparcamiento delante del Edificio gratis ou bien a 300m de distancia (gratis). Edificio muy cuidado y limpio. Zona sin tráfico. Hay una pequeño bahia justo al lado de la casa,bajando por un camino de tierra.
