Ancien Fournil où l'on cuisait le pain …. Réaménagé en un logement très confortable. ( déjà pratiqué avec beaucoup de succès il y a 10 ans mais repris pour usage privé) Remis au goût du jour, nous souhaitons repartager ce beau logement et notre belle région . Village rural de 200 habitants entre Normandie et Perche , un syndicat touristique très dynamique. A titre privé, vélos et table ping-pong à disposition, et des balades équestres , voir en attelage percheron sont accessibles en voisinage !

Be our first guest in Chateau du Fresne! We are since the end of September 2022 the proud owners of the amazing monument of 13th/15th/16th/18th century Chateau. We have great plans for the future. Your stay here will be the first experience of an old house. Before renovations!! We have one bathroom which we will share. We heat up with big fireplaces (lots of wood). Large apartment in a mansion from 1848

In a magnificent Maison de Maitre steeped in history, large apartment with character, dedicated to spa guests or your family stays. The accommodation is located in the center of La Ferté Macé, 10 minutes from the Bagnoles de l'Orne thermal baths. Private parking space at the foot of the House. Electric car terminal 50 meters away. All shops nearby. The apartment has a panoramic view of the city and the Andaines forest in the distance (very beautiful sunsets).

In an authentic setting, this charming building opens its doors to you to spend holidays in the countryside, relaxing and rejuvenating. A private terrace gives you a view of the whole valley. A swimming pool common to our two cottages is present on site and will delight your children. At 15 km, a leisure center with beach. The arrow zoo is 1 hour away. Le Mans amusement park, 45 minutes away. Animals accepted (5€/day). Private wifi line. Cleaning fee of 50€.

Un logement individuel calme

Cet hébergement élégant est parfait pour les couples Il est près du centre ville à pied, proche du lac à pied 1km3 proche des commerces, proche de la cure terminale de Bagnole de l Orne 7km. Logement calme, très bien isolé, en rez de jardin, petite terrasse bordée de rosiers. Le linge de lit minimum est fournis :taies d oreillers, de taversain et de matelas. Si vous le souhaitez le linge de lit et de toilette manquant pour la 15 euros.

Verdoken in het golvend land van Normandië, ligt "La Grange" . Aan de rand van de bossen, vijvers, boomgaarden, akkers en weilanden vol paarden, ademt alles hier stilte en rust uit. Wat lang geleden een klein boerderijtje was, later bewoond door kunstenaars en Britten, is nu een typisch Normandische woning, een oase van rust en groen, aan de rand van een klein gehuchtje, waar de mensen elkaar kennen en er geen huisnummers zijn.

Gîte rural, piscine intérieure chauffée/jacuzzi.

Le gîte est en exclusivité sur Airbnb. Dans un ancien corps de ferme aménagé le gîte est un endroit totalement ouvert sur la campagne sans aucun vis-à-vis. Avec 140 m² de salon-piscine, le gîte est idéal pour les soirées entre amis, sans vis-à-vis ni voisins. Les groupes de jeunes et de moins jeunes sont les bienvenus . Le gîte est accessible dès 17h. La piscine est chauffée à 26°C.

Maison parfaitement situe en plein centre -ville. proche toutes commoditees, restaurant, superette, Pub, lac amenage a proximite et a pied avec des activites nautiques, visite du Perche Sarthois, Marché le lundi matin, balade en bateau electrique sans permis. Maison tres agreable et spacieuse, avec patio exterieur. ( le jaccuzi present est non accessible et prive)
