The home has comfortable furniture, super soft beds in 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The 4th bedroom suite extra fee or added with 9, 10 guest.

Sleeps 4 comfortably (queen sofa bed in living room) queen air mattress if six occupants are desired. Any more guests over 4 there is a charge of $10/person per night. Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.

The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
