Step into this brand new, custom-built, lake access (with assigned boat slip), dog friendly vacation home! Lake access- not lake front! Located on the public side of lake Anna, this house offers a spacious 1600 square feet, open floor plan, and convenient one level living. Brand new appliances and furniture, as well as a hot tub and fire pit complete this cozy retreat. Spend your days out on the water, relax on the covered back deck in the hot tub or roast some marshmallows around the fire pit.

The group will enjoy access to vineyards, restaurants, breweries, hiking and historical sites from this location. There is one king bedroom and 1 1/2 baths and a well stocked efficiency kitchen. The Theater room serves as a second bedroom w a very comfortable queen Pullout. The living room futon pulls out to a comfortable double bed. There is a patio, chemical free hot tub, fire pit, nature trail across a bridge. Meditation area near stream, and a meditative labyrinth Filtered well water

The Studio at Dark Run Retreat

Quiet studio on a secluded 5 acres only 3 miles from town. Kick back and relax by the pool in the warmer months, or in the hot tub in the cooler months. Small trails lead to the creek running along the property, maybe you'll even catch a glimpse of the deer or turkey that wander thru...we've even seen a lil bear once! There is an apartment above the studio, so we ask that you be mindful of those guests if occupied. *The studio got a make-over! As of 10/6/20, we will no longer be hosting pets*

The Reserve

Need to get away and enjoy a quiet retreat? Star gaze at night via hot tub, roast marshmallows from the fire pit and take in the mountainside ambiance from the porch. The Reserve is conveniently located between Charlottesville and Culpeper, Va. Newly constructed, this mid-century modern design delivers luxurious amenities with a breathtaking "tree house" feel, featuring an open concept living area surrounded with panoramic views.
