Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Sunny Days is a beautiful and spacious 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with a private entrance and patio. You'll love the bright and airy space, complete with 10-foot ceilings! In the evenings, relax with a glass of wine in the cozy private patio, grilling dinner on the BBQ, and hanging around the gas fire pit. We are centrally located to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and Disneyland. Only a short walk to TeWinkle Park and the OC Fairgrounds. Easy free street parking in a lovely neighborhood.

This is a classic 1960's beach house with brand new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century (read: FUN). Must be 25 to book; booker must also stay.
