So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! We are close to restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, the loop ( biking, running, walking) shopping, and grocery stores. No Pets.

The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
