Free covered parking place is included and there are swings for children, pool and a barbecue in the yard.

Unsere in 2024 neu gebauten, großzügigen Nautica Apartments bieten einen atemberaubenden, unverbauten Blick auf das Meer und die Berge durch eine 6m breite Glasfront vom Boden bis zur Decke. Mehr Blick geht nicht. Dieses Apartment 1 im Erdgeschoß hat eine große Terrasse mit eigenem kleinem Garten. Ein toller 14m Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die anderen Apartments im Obergeschoß haben eine 90m² große Dachterrasse.
