Welcome to Mimosa! Its all about comfort and relaxation. The 4 bedrooms are equipped with adjustable beds and the master is fully adjustable with vibrating massage and zero gravity. With comfort in mind choose from a firm, medium(2), or a plush bed. Melt the days cares and muscle aches away in the tranquility of the hot tub. The living room has a full body massage chair. Visit nearby Crystal Coast beaches, shopping and military bases. So come visit your favorite marine or enjoy the beaches.

Excellent views of the ocean from the spacious deck in the middle of the island. Enjoy your morning coffee & watch the dolphins swim by as you relax in the wonderful gazebo. Transportation is not needed as Surf City Heart is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks/playground boat tours and more. Direct private beach access from the back deck.

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

“Down by the Bay” is a great place to call home regardless of how short your stay! This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville. Very close, as well, to Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station and Beirut Memorial. If Kayaking is your thing, check out the pictures! Public kayak ramps are available at Sturgeon City. Less than 1/2 mile away.
