175ft Waterfront on Black Lake with 3 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and float mat. Fish from the dock, listen to the waves while reading, and absorb the sun. At night, watch the stars as you roast marshmallows around a campfire and sip a beverage. Large remodeled home with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 5 beds, sleeper sofa, deck, firepit, windows galore, pool table, washer/dryer, and up to 2 dogs are allowed ($50 fee). Saturday to Saturday rental from June 20-August 22. Bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor.

Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

It is a short drive to Black Mountain recreational area for your hiking, ATVing, or snowmobiling adventures. Black Lake golf club is a 6-minute drive and Ocqueoc Falls is a 14-minute drive.
