This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). It is located on the island of Čiovo, near Trogir, just 10 km from Split Airport. The apartment has 3 bedrooms for 6 people, 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet, and an open-plan living room/kitchen with access to a terrace with a dining area. There is also a large rooftop terrace with lounge furniture and fantastic views. In addition, there is a lovely pool and sun loungers.
