An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

If there is one phrase that we would use to describe The Winery Loft, it is “attention to detail.” We spent over a decade building Le Petit Chevalier Vineyards and Farm Winery, and we are thrilled to open this unique experience up to guests! You can sleep where the rainbow ends! The Winery Loft features a spacious open floor plan, located on the second floor of our winery. Despite its openness, the loft is completely climate controlled, thoughtfully decorated and invites to simply relax.

The BQ is nestled in downtown Minerva, two doors down from Sandy Springs Brewing Co. Come stay in luxury in our historic 1800's 2nd floor studio. Equipped with high end custom finishes top to bottom. Original brick walls surround you with exposed beams, warm finishes, a copper kitchen sink, and a digital rain shower with body jets. Furnished with a king size bed, oversized leather chesterfield chair and a couch with a full size memory foam sleeper bed. You won't want to leave!

A cozy and chic loft space in the heart of The Short North. A quick walk to the Convention Center, Goodale Park, Nationwide Arena, the Arena District and the finest eateries, nightlife and shopping that Columbus has to offer. Relax in this bright and private space that features a kitchen, washer and dryer, in unit air-conditioner, a queen sized bed and sofa bed, wi-fi, television w/ Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and HBO Go. Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Built in an 1800's era theater, our loft is filled with unique charm and character! The loft features original exposed brick, tall ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. Now, we are excited to share our space with you!
