Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

The Bird House

Experience everything Ocracoke has to offer with a centrally located lifted home with plenty of parking and storage. Bright natural light fills this space with a tree covered oasis. Relax in two screened in porches and an outside deck with hammock. The home fits 4 comfortably with sleeper sofas in the living room and a large industrial kitchen. Your host lives onsite in a separate entrance unit to be available for any local recommendations or needs. Come hang with the birds!

Artsy Original Island Home next to Nature Preserve

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey cozy granny decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

Modern amenities adorn our little cottage (HVAC, roku tv, internet) while an expansive screened in porch offers ocean views, allowing you to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of beach living.

“Rendezvous” A Spacious, Newly Renovated 4BR Home

RENDEZVOUS is a Newly Renovated, 4 bedroom 3 bath home in the heart of Ocracoke’s Sunset Village. The left side of the home features three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath and the two others share a hall bath. A later addition to the right of the main space added a private and spacious suite with a king bed, bath and private living room area.
