Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. This home shares the driveway and parking with our family’s main house, but the home has been designed for the two sets of 8ft glass sliders to have unobstructed views while maintaining complete privacy. We are 15 minutes to Avila and Pismo Beach.
