Cute one bedroom cottage on our 10 acre horse ranch.We live on the Ranch and our home is about 3 acres away from the guest house. We are close by to accommodate any needs you may have but also far enough away to ensure your privacy. Landscaped, fully fenced yard with deck, BBQ and fire pit area. We are minutes away from award winning wineries, beaches, Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo. We encourage folks from all walks of life to enjoy the serenity of our ranch and a little bit of country living.

The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

Firepit, BBQ, large fenced in yard, no shared spaces and walking distance to: a coffee shop, breakfast, burgers and seasonal farm stands. Oceano Dunes are less than 2 miles away & Pismo Beach about 3 miles away!

Parking is on the street, anywhere around the cottage. The city allows overnight street parking. Once you park you can pretty much walk everywhere.

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained

Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

Both of the bdrms have comfortable king size beds with 600 thread count sheets. The kitchen is ready for cooking and includes a Keurig. The backyard is the perfect place to hang out around the firepit and grill after a day of exploring the Central Coast. Walking distance to the Oceano Dunes.

Our picturesque guest house sits 30 feet from the main house, in our serene back yard. With your own private porch with a cozy fire pit! Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am. We are always happy to honer an early check in or out if we have time and schedule.
