Der Lungerersee ist in ca. drei Gehminuten zu erreichen und die Lungern-Turren Bergbahn ist 1.5 km entfernt, wo man auf 1500 m ü. M. eine wunderschöne Tier- und Naturwelt auf vielen Wanderwegen entdecken kann. Auch das Skigebiet Meiringen-Hasliberg ist in einer 15 minütigen Autofahrt zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit 2 Herdplatten und Kühlschrank sowie ein Bad mit WC und Dusche. Eine eigene kleine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit und Grill runden das Angebot ab.
