U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz ist 100m entfernt mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor = 2 Stationen, Messe = 9 Stationen). Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann und Apotheke sind in Fußnähe. Sehr empfehlenswertes Italienisches Restaurant und weitere interessante Gastronomie ebenfalls. Enjoy your stay! ☃️

Diese schön eingerichtete und gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage in München Giesing/Haidhausen und ist ideal für 2 – 4 Personen. Die U-Bahn/S-Bahn Haltestelle ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, sodass man innerhalb von 10 Minuten zum Marienplatz und zum Hauptbahnhof gelangen kann, sowie innerhalb von 40 Minuten zum Flughafen München. Die Wohnung liegt innerhalb einer ruhigen 30er-Zone mit unmittelbarer Nähe zu Parks, Supermärkten und Bäckereien.

This beautifully designed, bright and airy one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to stay for tourists, professionals or students. It is situated in trendy 'Obergiesing', just 5 min walking distance from the tube, bus and tram. The flat is on the first floor of an old beautiful building, close to the city center, perfect located for a good night sleep and relaxing stay. The apartment is fully furnished with luxury designer furniture and has recently been completely renovated.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Nur wenige Schritte vom charmanten Giesing entfernt, bringen nahegelegene Busse Sie schnell zum Ostbahnhof (10 Minuten) oder nach Schwabing (35 Minuten).

In the living room there is a TV and Wi-Fi. Kitchen: Electric stove, coffee machine, water boiler, microwave, dishes. Bathroom: Washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

At the same time, free parking is easily available in the neighborhood. The neighbourhood is quiet and very secure. Even as a woman you don’t have to be afraid do walk outside at night.
