It’s a sweet little place, convenient to Woodward, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Beaumont hospital. There is one parking spot available behind the unit with a secure path to the door. The following are included: linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, microwave, mini fridge, and Netflix. Sorry no kitchen or cooking and we cannot accept pets. No long term rentals.

We have a small dog and a cat. Smudge & Commander Muffins won't be in your space while you're with us (& are rarely there otherwise), but if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you. A short drive to downtown Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham, and also to fabulous & historic Detroit.

Nice small, clean, & recently renovated effiency apartment in back half of home. Space has private driveway & private entrance. Full kitchen, full bathroom with stand up shower & tile floors. 1 mile from I-75 & Great Lakes crossing mall. Brand new queen size bed, pillows, & bedding (very comfortable mattress). Walking distance to McDonald’s, Tim hortons, Wendy's, & a local restaurant. The space does have a TV & a round table for dining or studying.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.

Completely refreshed in 2020, the Inn sits in the historic area of the Village of Clarkston. This guest suite is named after the year the Village of Clarkston was incorporated in 1842. We've taken the bed & breakfast, originally opened in 1994, & modernized it for our guests. We provide a continental breakfast in your suite, or you can visit one of several restaurants and cafes in nearby downtown Clarkston.
