Beautiful, spacious (70sqm), recently renovated, newly furnished, well-appointed, non-smoking, Wi-Fi connected flat/apartment, sleep 5, with bedroom, living room (with studio double couch), kitchenette, bathroom and a separate toilet. Located near Českomoravská underground station, with direct access to the Tourist Attractions of Prague within 15 minutes. Guests staying in our apartment may appreciate the neighbourhood of shopping centre and the multifunctional sports and cultural O2 arena.

Sunny Prague Terrace Apartment,

A great, light and bright sunny 1 bedroom apartment with roof terrace (south facing), many local shops and restaurants within easy reach, and the metro for the city centre just moments away. The local park behind the house has running tracks , woodland walks and a stream running through it. As well as having good connection to the tourist centre by metro in less than 7 minutes, the apartment is located just minutes walk to the o2 Arenas , and many of the medical tourism clinics in the area.

You will for sure enjoy the fully equiped kitchen , made as an open space You will also discover a bright studio with a pretty large entrance with a huge dressing . We built a luxury bathroom , perfectly sized . The flat is located in a lovely area , with a plenty of nice coffees , restaurants and bars .

Great location. 1 minute walk to the metro station. 9 minutes from the center by metro. Nearby there is the O2 Arena stadium. A large selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. A large shopping center(Harfa) with a gym, sauna, supermarket and a large selection of entertainment within a 1-minute walk. In the apartment you will find everything for a comfortable stay.
