Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. Moderne rorbu, ny 2018, til leie på Ballstad. Utsikt til store deler av den kjente Lofotveggen. Fjellene med turstier rett utenfor døren. Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

Juv er mye mer enn bare hus og seng! Gamlestova var det opprinnelige gårdshuset og har samme fantastiske utsikt som Juvsøyna på Juv og Gamletunet på Juv. Fra himmelsenga i stua kan man våkne til soloppgangen og er man heldig følge en turistbåt på veg til Olden med øynene. Om kvelden kan man fyre i ovnen, kjenne den gode varmen, lese en god bok og sovne til lyset av flammene og lyden fra vedovnen like ved. NB! Utendørs boblebad og billader er ikke inkludert i husleiepris.

The cabin is one of 4 self catering, 3 bedroom cabins/rorbuer beautifully situated on the waters edge a 5 min walk from the Flåm station/harbour. Best location in Flåm with panoramic views. The use of a boat with a small outboard is included in the price, unfortunately not in winter. Wifi, satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, clothes washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Free private parking. Australian/Norwegian hosts.
