The carrera marble bath tiles are heated for winters, and the deck and garden have seating areas for summer. Like a little hotel room, this queen-bed suite is ideal for 1 or 2 who would like an entirely separate space, but don't need a full kitchen. The room features microwave, mini-fridge, teakettle & basic flatware - ideal for simple breakfasts or reheated leftovers.

You will have your own entrance and enjoy a Tempurpedic queen bed, a smart TV, your private bathroom, a dining/kitchenette area with a bar table and stools, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea, coffee, treats, utensils, a private table and chairs on the deck over the trees. For 2+ night stay, free use of washer/dryer.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

4.5 mi. from Airport. Cozy bedroom with its own entrance and private restroom. Mini fridge, tea kettle with assortment of teas and microwave; NO KITCHEN! Soundproofed from the rest of the house for everyone's maximum comfort. Perfect for relaxing in a eco-clean environment. We are graduate students, gardeners, musicians, artists and teachers. We share the property with our 9 y.o. and one land-mate. You may run into any one of us and occasionally our friends/fam.

The Hen House: Private unit in NE

The Hen House is a converted garage, built from mostly salvaged material, and has everything you need for an easy visit. The loft has a queen bed but stairs are very steep so I recommend the pullout single bed downstairs if uncomfortable with steps. I'm near Mississippi area, Williams and Alberta Arts District with 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Unit stands alone and there is a garden and friendly animals to hang with outside. Dogs allowed.

The Royal Scott Double Decker Bus

Our tiny home started life as a commuter bus in Manchester, England, in 1953, then did stints in San Francisco and Mt. St. Helens before finding a home as the Grilled Cheese Grill in Portland. Now it’s been reimagined as a mid century modern-inspired tiny home, with whimsical painting details from one of its former lives and fresh new handmade details that make it a cozy, inspiring stay. Newly constructed basement studio with private entry in 100+ year old NE Portland home in park-like setting. Trendy Beaumont Village neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and shops, 90 minutes to the coast, one hour to skiing on Mt. Hood. Triple lot, gardens, swimming pool, and patio with BBQ. Non-smoking household. If you are into cold plunging, use our pool during the cooler months for this experience!

Cozy (240 sq ft), private studio space located in NE Portland on the edge of the Cully and Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhoods. We are located on a bike route and about a 12-minute walk to NE Fremont Street (many restaurants, coffee shops, bars), 12 min by car to the airport, and 15 min to downtown. Small kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven, and coffee/tea supplies. Queen bed, super comfy mattress.
