Filippo una piccola frazione di Barberino Tavarnelle, a metà strada tra Firenze e Siena, a 30 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto di Firenze, a 1 ora da quello di Pisa. Tre camere da letto, due bagni, ampia sala con camino, cucina abitabile e sala da pranzo. Vista magnifica sulle colline da ogni finestra! Splendida piscina a sfioro con zona idromassaggio, non riscaldata e aperta da Aprile a Ottobre.

In the heart of the Bardolino vineyard, the flat is located on the ground floor of a house built in wood and strawbale. The flat has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, perfect for a stay with family or friends. The open plan kitchen opens onto a patio to the east with views on Monte Baldo and a terrace to the west for relaxing in the sun. Excellent connection to the main roads to discover Lake Garda, Verona, the Valpolicella region and Monte Baldo.

IMPORTANTE: durante la stagione invernale la casa è riscaldata con caldaia a pellet ubicata nel locale lavanderia che viene gestita da noi. In una delle due stanze si trova un caminetto a pellet e per il suo utilizzo viene richiesto pagamento a parte (consumo del pellet)

L'appartamento è situato al secondo piano di una casa in bioedilizia, costruita con materiali naturali (legno, paglia e terra). Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione un intero appartamento con bagno privato, cucina, ampia area giorno. Il luogo è adatto a coppie o a piccoli nuclei familiari in cerca di quiete; in risalto le peculiarità della zona canossana, con tanti castelli e zone naturalistiche da vedere.
