Dome Sweet Dome, Unique and Famous Mountainside Property

Take in views that stretch all the way to the mountains from the huge deck of this amazing space, which once featured in Life Magazine. On offer here is one of its 2 domes, consisting of a single huge space infused with a fresh modern vibe. Our property consists of two domes and a tower, and this listing is for one of the Domes. It is completely self-contained and private. The sleeping arrangement is a queen size murphy bed that lifts into the wall when not in use. It is very comfortable, using a regular queen mattress. The room also features a couch, great for enjoying the view! The kitchen includes an electric stove, full size refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Your dome is a stand alone, private apartment. The grounds are shared, and in the center there is a shared washer and dryer. Towards the back of the property there is a staircase leading to the viewing deck, another shared space. This space adjoins the Tower bedroom, so if someone is sleeping there please be respectful. There is a limit of no more than 10 people on the deck. I will make every effort to check you in and show you the property, and we may stop by from time to time. Set out from the trailhead just moments away, with spectacular hiking and mountain biking available in many directions. Phoenix Mountain Preserve is an easy walk, with food stores and restaurants a short drive and golf clubs not much further. Due to the unusual location we do have security cameras for your safety. Close to hiking trails, ball parks, Midwestern University, ASU West and main thoroughfares (I-17, 51, 101, & 303). After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed!
