We are located at the end of one of Greytowns most beautiful streets, a walkable 2km into the shops and cafes. As well, we are on a popular walking and biking route to the Waiohine river.

We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.

This is a quintessential basic kiwi bach, absolute waterfront, stunning views, a hidden treasure with bush and beach walks, amazing fishing and diving.
