In our Garden Studios you will find a Queen bed with plump pillows and feather duvet, an ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and hairdryer, and a window divan bed overlooking our gardens, perfect for relaxing after a big day and reading a good book. There is also a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle along with fresh milk for tea and coffee. The private balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy one of our continental breakfast trays in the morning. There are no TVs in the Garden Studios.

Its gotta be about location, right ! You wont miss us, you will either love or hate the bright turquoise blue exterior. Everything you want to explore is right outside the door of our motel. We are situated in a primo part of town, a 1 minute walk to Buffalo beach and the town centre. The ferry, local cafes and restaurants, all an easy 5 min stroll. Being a budget motel the rooms have no kitchens, however there's a kettle and little fridge for your use and of course a BBQ in the garden area.

We have tried to provide a homely environment which you can enjoy while on business or on holiday. Many of the restaurants and cafes are only a short 5 minute walk away. When in season, enjoy a piece of fruit from one of the fruit trees in Cherie's edible garden. We provide a fully smoke free environment and offer free WIFI.

Our small country lodge is in traditional 'farmhouse red', with stylish comfort and practicality on the inside. Outside, lots of native plants create beautiful views and attract fantail, tui and pukeko right up to the buildings. It has a self-catering amenities room with kitchen, TV lounge, games, etc. Rooms are ensuite and can also be set up as twin beds if requested.
