Franklin Place - Downtown Historic Apartment

This charming apartment is the 2nd level of our historic home. It has a separate entrance. We are walking distance to the heart of downtown Boise with fine dining, breweries, arts and all that Boise has to offer. Out our back door are the Boise foothills for hiking or evening strolls for incredible views of Boise. Includes a private bedroom, spacious living room, separate kitchen and dining area. This entire space has been completely renovated, keeping its original charm and character.

Eighth St. Apartment

The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Phillippi Place

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

The Baxter on Krall, Boutique One Bedroom

Where east foothills meet downtown, come and enjoy your stay in our beautifully designed one bedroom apartment. With a full eat in kitchen, wifi, television and onsite laundry. Nestled away on a deadend street, you can walk to downtown and enjoy a night on the town or a morning stroll to one of the many restaurants and cafes. If you are feeling adventurous, just step around the corner and you can explore the foothills and the many outdoor activities they have to offer.

Nestled in upper end subdivision with ponds, walking paths and close proximity to Boise River Greenbelt. Owners have 2 bikes available, based on availability. Visiting Boise for business or pleasure... enjoy this quiet, tranquil location. Host will provide entry code prior to check in.

THE FIREHOUSE – Fully renovated on HGTV’s BOISE BOYS is a unique, one of a kind old firehouse located in the historic North End. This 2nd floor apartment in the cities oldest fire house is located close to all the best places in the heart of Boise! The living area includes TV set up w/ Roku and opens into a fully stocked kitchen. With a king bed, double bed, and a twin bunk bed for little ones, it is perfect for the whole family!
