It is close to the two beautiful parks, with many shops, restaurants and a big green market close by. Very well connected to the city center and other parts of the city by the public transport (1 min walk to the bus station). You can also walk easily to the "down town" through nice streets, neighborhoods and parks (20 min).

The perfect location in Nis. 100 meters from the most beautiful park in the city, 10 minutes from the city center (Trg Kralja Milana), 5 minutes from the pedestrial zone. Very quiet though very close to the city center. Each room has its own balcony - one on the east, the other one on the west side. It is very close to the main sightseeings, 10 minutes by foot to city center and restaurants, two minutes to the super market and pharmacy. Easy 15 minutes walk to the fortress. In the front of building is paid parking on the street. Daily ticket is 4 euros. On Sunday parking is free.
