Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. Kick back and relax in this cozy stylish lakeside retreat with your friends and family. Wood burning fireplace and central heat keep your warm in the winter. Boating during the day and play pool and hang out with your friends and family in the evening. One gated acre lot with electrical hookups for your bass boat. Inside, you'll find 3 comfy bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms—plenty of space to spread out and unwind. We’ve got 4 kayaks-It’s a great way to check out our quiet cove.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

BBQ or cook in the kitchen and eat while you look at the lake view! There are smart phone jacks in each room, plenty of parking, a private fenced in yard and screen room. This property has all the added modern comforts of a forced air heating and cooling system, washer/dryer and safe play area for the kids!!

Studio Cottage on Saffron Farm

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Also nearby are wineries, hiking trails up a dormant volcano, and California's largest and oldest lake. Our farm is featured in the September 2022 issue of Sunset magazine. Check it out!

Samadhi’s Birdhouse is a quiet retreat perched atop a tiny peninsula that juts out into the southern portion of Clear Lake reaching toward Mount Konocti [Mountain Woman in Pomo]. Water surrounds you on all sides as birds abound. You’ll see pelicans streaming past; egrets finding their familiar ground; eagles, hawks, and turkey vultures looking down in curiosity. Deer, jackrabbits, and wild turkey graze together while melodic birdsong fills the air.
