Number Sixteen is a small Victorian terrace in the old part of town. Recently refurbished after standing empty, the house has been completely reworked inside to provide a comfortable, up to date home in the centre of Alnwick. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a large airy double bedroom with super-king size bed. Number Sixteen is a short walk from all amenities (pubs, restaurants, shops, bus station) and from attractions such as Alnwick Castle.

Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The 2 bedroom detached cottage is both spacious and cosy and offers a balcony off the main bedroom, 2 en-suites and further shower room downstairs. Patio doors from the dining kitchen lead to 2 patio areas to enjoy the views, one with a stone-built-in bbq. Located a short walk from popular traditional country pub serving fantastic food.

A beautiful 19th century cottage, finished to a high standard with a contemporary twist. Situated in a quiet northumbrian village, yards away from the best pub in Northumberland. Overlooking rolling hills that can be enjoyed from the revolving summer house and decking. This cottage offers spacious rooms, two king size beds, separate dining, fully equipped kitchen, curved smart tv, and of course a cosy log burner. Excellent base for exploring Northumberland’s treasures.

A warm, cosy attached annexe with everything you would need for a home from home escape. Get out and about and explore Northumberland or sit outside with a glass of wine and hope to spot wildlife from birds of prey to deer. With 2 bedrooms, great for families or couples. We try to provide little extras to make your stay special.

The Hogglet - a perfect coastal getaway

The Hogglet provides a cosy, comfortable retreat for two people. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an en-suite and a homely living space. Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

West Lodge is a cozy 1890 gate house by the river

West Lodge is a late 19th century gate house, belonging to the Guyzance Hall Estate. It has been fully refurbished bringing it up to modern standards, but still retaining its old charm. with a cozy wood burner, there is spacious living room and a beautiful kitchen, with a lovely view out to the river Coquet. If West lodge booked out , we might have north lodge available for your dates!
