Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

There is a wide open living/dining area . One queen Bedroom with lots of space. A twin bedroom that extends into a king bed.

Sunsets on the newly renovated sunporch and fully fenced in backyard for a pup make this a quiet and cozy spot Wishing bachelorette and bachelor parties a great time in Newport, but this sacred space is NOT for that purpose (property manager is next door :)r

My place is: -less than a 5 min walk to First beach -15 min walk to Second beach. -1 mile walk/drive to the start of the cliff walk. -2 miles to downtown Newport. You’ll love my place because of the: -Two Primary Suites -Open concept living -Huge outdoor entertaining area -Super close to beaches, cliff walk and a quick drive to downtown. . -Brand new construction. Rogers House 1790 Washington Square

Wonderful location in the heart of Newport with parking on-site which is great as most things you and your guests will want to do is in walking distance. The apartment has 3 rooms; 2 rooms have queen sized beds and the 3rd room has a twin bed, there is also a pull out couch, (surprisingly comfortable) that makes into a double bed. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience! We are local and always available during your stay.
