Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. On our block we have the best coffee bar in Newport, three of the best local pubs, artisanal groceries, tacos, soft serve, convenience stores, liquor store and fantastic breakfast restaurants. The Thames St. And Brick Market Shopping areas are a 10 minute walk as are the wharves where you can catch a sunset cruise or grab a waterside cocktail or two.
