The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

A cosy self contained one bedroom first floor flat attached to the main Hilton house. It has a living room and kitchenette (with double sofa bed) bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a lovely private garden that the flat looks upon. Following an extensive refurbishment the flat has a stunning new ensuite as well as a beautiful freestanding copper bath! Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The Bothy is situated on the River Rede in Redesmouth Nr Hexham . This Idyllic Apartment is a Gem tucked away in the beautiful Northumberland countryside . Ideal for a peaceful few days or great stopover on route up North or down South . Its situated close to Hadrians Wall , Keilder Reservoir , Hareshaw Linn Waterfall and the National Park , Walkers , Cyclists Fisherman delight . Bellingham is only 2 miles away by car with a Co-op , pubs, Chinese take out to name but a few ammenities .

The Cart House, Hadrian's Wall country

The Cart House is self contained accomodation accessed via its own front door. It comprises of a comfortable lounge and a small kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, sink, airfryer, kettle, toaster and dining table. There is also have a one ring table top hob and a grill. A separate shower room leads off the lounge area. The bedroom includes a king size bed set in the alcove of the original stone entrance. Up to 2 dogs welcome, £10 per dog. *10% discount for stays of 7 days or more*

Chollerton House is located in the hamlet of Chollerton and is set in its own grounds overlooking the river North Tyne which is just a hundred yards away across our own paddock. The flat is located on the first floor, affording lovely views on all sides, and has its own seperate access, assuring complete privacy. Chollerton lies only one mile north of the World Heritage site of Hadrian's Wall and the flat provides a charming and secluded base from which to explore beautiful Northumberland.

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. In the mornings you can look forward to a delicious breakfast in the formal dining room. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use.
