Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

Longshore Drift is an ideal retreat for couples or a small family. Only 200 yards from the sandy beach. Seas The Day is an 80 (ish) year old home, that housed fishing families from Newbiggin-By-The-Sea for decades. This spacious property has been refurbished throughout and is fully equipped. It is situated on a quiet residential street and a short walk from the main street (Front Street), the promenade, beaches, and the sea. Close by is the Co-Op, a butcher, a fruit and veg store, a fish and chip shop, and numerous eateries and pubs. This home is not set up for children. Pets are welcome.
