The villa sits on a beautiful expanse of white sand beach, perfect for strolling, swimming, and sunbathing. NOTE: A new villa is under construction next door. The Caribbean view is not obstructed. Although noise is a possibility, we have received just one complaint from over 50 guests over the course of the last year.

The property is fenced to enhance security and is located within walking distance of the beach.
