It is surrounded by a backyard oasis including views of pool, large pine trees, and nature. Guests will have their own private access, private small yard, and parking space. The home sits in a quiet cul de sac filled with nature sounds. We welcome pups, guest house has dedicated dog run area (pets must be approved by host).

Sun’s Vegas ABC Retreat

A guesthouse (casita) within a 1-acre compound that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium. The casita consists of 3 mini-suites (a bedroom with private full bathroom), a living/dining room, full kitchen, laundry and powder room. The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.

The Bottling Room at Tarantula Ranch Vineyard is a private guest studio situated next to our families micro-vineyard located outside of Death Valley National Park in the Mojave Desert. The room was formally used for crushing, bottling, and aging wine but we have completely remodeled it into a small studio with queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette, powder room, and outdoor shower. Aside from the vineyard view, enjoy the wild desert views and amazing night skies while visiting.
