The Bungalow has a full kitchen, memory foam queen bed, bathroom with shower, patio and parking. We love creating a special place for all our guests. The Bungalow is a sweet place for a romantic weekend or midweek escape. You'll find ev erything you need at the Bungalow + we leave treats for guests!

Trendy restoration in this lovely, clean farm style Victorian. Contemporary luxury at its best. Foyer, One bedroom, Large living room, dining room, Very Contemporary new bathroom with Waterfall Shower and Deep Soaking Tub. There is no Kitchen, however we do have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods. No off street parking. 2 minute walk to downtown boutiques and restaurants, live entertainment. This is the front half of my home, we do share a wall, but separate units.

This charming miner's cabin is perched right along Deer Creek canyon, right downtown in the Historical District of Nevada City. With designated 2 parking spaces for the property, guests are just step away from everything downtown has to offer, but with a sense of peace & quiet nestled in the picturesque wooded canyon along Deer Creek. THIS IS A PET FRIENDLY UNIT & there is a onetime $60/pet fee in addition. Guests failing to pay a pet fee will be charged $150 to the Credit Card on file.

Welcome to Gold City Getaway at Moonflower Manor! This charming, cozy, unique apartment is located in the heart of downtown Nevada City in a historical Victorian dating back to 1880. Just steps from the shopping, dining, coffee, art, live music and entertainment, and in-town hiking that Nevada City has to offer. Living room with dedicated work space, kitchenette, one bedroom, small bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower. No off-street parking. Free and metered street parking available.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this historic centrally-located place. Our home is right at the top of Broad St., a short walk down to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Miners Foundry is about 5 min walk. This is a very ideal home and location for wedding attendees if you just want to walk to the local venues. Our house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. Small, well trained and non shedding pets are welcome after discussion.

Sugarloaf Madrone Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 Hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the ground level. The Madrone Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.

Downtown but set off the road, this spacious one bedroom light filled detached bungalow is perfect for your weekend or week long getaway! With all new appliances including a gas stove, a record player with plenty of records to choose from and organic cotton bedding on a very comfy king bed, you won’t want to leave! Guests have access to a washer and dryer and can request any special items they need. The walk is only 3-5 min to shops, bars, and restaurants!
