Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the upper level. The Manzanita Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.

Please read our entire listing before booking as this house is NOT suitable for people with mobility issues :) Charming 1890's Carriage Haus situated 1/2 block off Broad St. in the heart of downtown! You'll love the unique charm of this house- exposed beams, & cozy nooks. Features bedroom w/ queen-size bed, spacious living room (w/ foldout memory foam queen bed- ideal for 1 adult or 2 kids). Fully stocked kitchen, & bathroom.

Miner’s Studio - Striking industrial modern

Gorgeous industrial modern 1BR studio in heart of Nevada City Historical District, steps away from eclectic bars, award-winning restaurants, shops, and night life. This cozy beautiful studio apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free. We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup. There is a small fee of $35 so please check that box. Please do let us know if Fido will be staying too.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
