Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We purchased this house from our dear grandmother who loved her view of the bay, hence the name; Martha’s Bay View. You cannot beat the beautiful view of Lake Superior and the amazing sunsets. Not far from 2nd Sand Beach for swimming and picnics. Use this as home base for all the sightseeing our area has to offer. Fully operational kitchen with microwave, coffee pot/Keurig. No pets and no smoking. All bedrooms and bathroom on second floor.

The lake boasts panfish, northern pike and walleye. Snowmobile Trail 8 runs on the north end of the lake and is easily accessible after a short run down the highway. The fishing dock is pulled out for the winter, but you can setup tip up’s for Northern Pike and watch from the living room.

Otter House is a beautifully appointed log cabin in the trees overlooking Otter Lake. It is comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The lakefront has a small beach, 3 kayaks, a canoe, hammocks and a fire pit. Otter Lake is a tranquil spot with great fishing and very little boat traffic. There is a parking pad for your RV or trailer. *Please note that the entry is on the basement level and the main living area is up a flight of stairs.
