Located less than 4' walk from La Torrecilla beach, 5' walk from El Chucho beach and 8' walk from El Playazo beach. Close to shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. It is furnished with new and functional furniture. In the streets near the house there are free parking areas.

The house has two floors with a large patio that looks at the living room and the bedroom upstairs. The main bedroom upstairs has a double bed, the bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The patio has a shower with hot water.
