Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. Our cabin sits on 35 acres in a beautiful valley in Southwestern Colorado. Rustic and cozy, this 742 sf cabin has a bedroom with a full bed and a loft with 4 twin beds. Get away from it all and relax in a quiet atmosphere. The cabin is supplied by well water + is 9 miles down a graded road. 40 min to Durango, 35 min to Mesa Verde National Park, + 25 min to Mancos. We recommend a 4 wd vehicle for winter. Roads are plowed to the entrance of the ranch + plowing is set up for heavy storms.

The Wildwood Cabin is nestled in a Bosque of cottonwoods on the banks of the Animas river. The “Wildwood cabin” was built in 2012 at the rivers edge of our small farm as a guest house. Enjoy the use of our park to fish from the river bank, picnic or just enjoy the river during your stay at the cabin.

This Cozy Cove is nestled in the woods. Very private and full of wildlife. Only five miles from Pagosa. We have the wonderful hot springs, awesome river rafting, hiking, close to two of the best train rides in the state! Delicious eateries and breweries. Year-round festivals. Fantastic live music. There IS heat and hot water. No air conditioning. I’m working on figuring out how to change that…🤨
