Along with a full bath and a convenient kitchenette, you are welcomed to a large open living space with double sliding glass doors that lead you to your own 180 sq/ft private balcony nestled among the live oaks. Located on a quiet dead-end road, walking distance to Memorial Satilla Health Hospital, this is a perfect location for healthcare workers coming to our area ; Or for anyone looking for a quite, comfortable place to stay while visiting the area. This is unit two of a duplex, but you will find the set up is still very private, with your own driveway and a fenced in back yard with a privacy fence that is divided from the other unit.

Coastal Suite

Guests love our Coastal Cottage so much, we decided to turn a few rooms in our home into the Coast Suite! The suite is private, with a separate entrance. We provide all you need to enjoy the beautiful Golden Isles. Located in enchanting Brunswick, GA, we sit one mile from Jekyll Island and St. Simons Island causeways. We are pet lovers! So your pets are welcome. There is a $25 one time pet fee per pet to help cover the cost of the extra cleaning needed when our furry guests check out.

The Tobacco House- Blackshear, Georgia

This 1950's Tobacco Barn has been transformed into a brand new 1 bed 1 bath home with lots of character. It has all the features that you need. Full kitchen, beautiful tile shower, laundry, and a spacious wrap around porch. Property is located 3 miles from downtown Blackshear, GA and 6 miles from Waycross, GA. We're about 25 minutes from Jekyll and St. Simons Islands~ But set on 5 acres of peaceful Oak Trees and wildflowers. The Farm's wide open common area makes it ideal for hosting groups, and the huge front, side, and back yards are perfect for lively kiddos. Whether you're planning a reunion, retreat, or just want to rest, this spot will treat you well! We've added a Smart TV for Movie night and a New gas grill to the outside deck! Enjoy!

Rocking chairs on the porch allow you to spend a little time outdoors enjoying the country air or listening to the birds. *Please Note * There is NO WIFI.
