Located at Ardivachar Point in the village of Iochdar on South Uist, we offer a warm welcome and comfortable, spacious rooms - all of which have sea views. All rooms have private en suite and tea/coffee facilities, a fridge, bath robes and large screen TV. Guests have access to a shared lounge/dining room where a microwave and utensils are provided for heating takeaways or pre-prepared meals. Guests can also enjoy the use of our beach facing hot tub. The School House has views to Loch Snizort, is approximately 8 miles from Portree - Skyes capital, 13 miles to Dunvegan and the Castle and 14 miles to Uig. It is ideally situated for visiting the sites in the north of the Island, such as Fairy Glen, Kilted Rock and the Quiraing. We are happy to give advice on what to see on the beautiful Island!
