Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην πρωτεύουσα του νησιού, τη Μύρινα. Το σπίτι είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος και είναι ημιυπόγειο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δυο ή τρία άτομα, καθώς υπάρχουν δυο μονά κρεβάτια και ένας καναπές που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σαν κρεβάτι. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει φούρνος και δυο μεγάλα σούπερ μάρκετ. Επίσης, μερικά απο τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού απέχουν λίγα μόλις μέτρα από το σπίτι, όπως το μουσείο, το κάστρο και η κεντρική αγορά με τα καταστήματα. Παρέχεται δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο κτίριο.

Thalassography Summer House

Traditional Limnos house. Accommodates 4 people, perfect for a family. The house is in the beautiful and quiet location of Aghios Ioannis beach. Outside, there is a patio and a balcony where you can enjoy the amazing sea view and the sunset with a relaxing drink or snack. It is only a 2 min walk from the beach (75m.), 10 min drive from the city centre of Mirina and a 20 min drive from the airport. Car hire is advisable in order to enjoy the island and private parking is outside the house.

Perfect modern studio on the ground floor in the town centre. Our guests enjoy access to Arxontiko Hotel’s private garden (all garden photos are from Arxontiko’s garden, the studio does not have a private garden or outdoor space, it is located on a traditional alley). The distance from the sea is 20m. All restaurants and bars are on a 5 minutes radius on foot. Myrina’s main market is 10m away. The historical castle is 30m away. Breakfast can be provided upon request at an additional cost.

In the village, ''Portianou'' your can find a bakery, a tavern, a butcher and minimarkets. 5 min driving from one of the best beaches of the island, ''evgatis''. 10 min from airport and 15 min from the capital Myrina. A lovely and easy to live and enjoy vacation villa.
