This is our personal home that we don't live in from spring - fall. Its a quiet area in the woods on a little creek. Perfect for bonfires or just a place to rest. Sitting back about a half mile off the road about the only noise you'll hear at night is maybe the wolves howling at the near by wolf sanctuary. We are only a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Muskegon. We can set up a private boat tour for up to 8 of Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan for $100/2 hrs. Note: There is no full kitchen.

Enter into a shared entry way & head up the stairs to your space. Upstairs will be your private bedroom, kitchenette (NO oven), bathroom with clawfoot tub, spacious living room & dining room. Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.

It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

It's about 20mins. to Ludington, which has a beautiful beach with great summer activities. Nearby you will find hiking and ORV trails in plenty. Pere Marquette River boat launch only a few minutes away!
