Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Baanchandra Hidden Lanna Tiny House

"Barn" of the Lanna Thai people is a building for storing paddy rice. Barn House is also an indication of the owner's status. I have collected old wooden houses and barn components. Indoor smoking is strictly not allowed, though you’re welcome to smoke outside in the garden. No washing machine on-site, you’ll find convenient laundromats nearby.
