House nr 5 at Xai Xai Exo Estate is called House Hineni. It was bought with a vision to provide a peaceful, spacious house as resting and restoration home away from home. Malangane cottage was originally a fiserman's cottage. The lodge is situated in Ponte Malangane in Southern Mozambique, just 45 minutes from the South African Cozy Bay border. 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have king & singles pushed together to make king beds, and 1 which has 4 single beds, there is a lounge, kitchen, scullery, an upstairs storage area and another bedroom for the children large outside deck with a pool and stunning views. Our cottage is a well kept secret.

Sleeps 2 to 4 people: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. One bedroom equipped with a Double Bed. Shower, basin and toilet. 2 Single Beds in the lounge area. It is mostly a Sand\Beach Road. To get to the Resort it is important to Note that a Sedan or Low Ground Clearance Vehicle is not suitable. You would need an High Road Clearance Vehicle, SUV, Bakkie, 4X4 or 2X4.
