Perfectly positioned next to the sea, it is a few steps from the beach and just around the corner from all village amenities including award-winning restaurants, shops. delicatessens and two pubs. It has a warm and cozy feel and has been finished and equipped to a high specification. Spot the seals playing,take a boat trip or investigate the paddle rock pool. A very special place!

Perfect for the young family, couple and friends, EVEN KEEL IS the home of the Mousehole Cat, where the book was written and set. There are lots of books for children here and the beach is perfect for them to play. This cozy little fisherman’s cottage overlooks the harbour with views of the sea. The living room is upstairs & excellent for light and comfort. Literally by the beach on the harbour- this IS your garden and beach.
