Owner is a top realtor so If you are looking for property in the area she can ass! Guests said beds were to soft so we purchased firmer mattresses. Now some say to firm… we try. 😊

There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. Wrap around porch with swings, chairs, picnic table, grill and fire pit. .1 miles from Wild Bills and Dirst Canoe rentals. 2 miles to Hwy 14 bridge and about 2.5 miles to Buffalo Point campground. Indian Rock house trailhead about 2 miles. Float from Maumee, Dillard’s Ferry and Rush. Swim at Skull Rock, all close by.

Calico Bluff American Cabin

Our cabin sits on a bluff about 60-80 feet above the White River with a beautiful view from back deck! This deck is literally on the edge of the bluff! 180 degree view of river and beautiful pasture across river from cabin. Our cabin is one of three that sit fairly secluded on land with private road. We own the middle cabin & 6.6 acres around and across gravel road from it. Signage alerts public they are trespassing. Very quiet.
