Once inside however, its 16ft vaulted ceiling and sunlit open-plan living area surprises with a sense of spaciousness and comfort. Its inner SE location is walking distance to Division St. restaurants and cafes, food carts, parks and playgrounds, as well as being a "biker's paradise".

Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

Your space includes a double queen bedroom, an office with an extra king bed, full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with wood burning fireplace and stunning views, a full laundry room, a wrap around deck with outdoor table and chairs.
