The private basement accommodation includes two bedrooms, full living room with TV and wood burning fireplace, kitchenette, and a full bathroom with laundry. Remember we are in the country, if a fly/bug sneaks in during your stay and this would ruin your experience, this is not your place. The home is located in the Historic Deadwood Presidential neighborhood, that sets on the side of the cliff overlooking Deadwood, with magnificent mountain views. Walking distance to all attractions - , restaurants, casinos, concerts, nightlife, museums and fitness center. Just steps away from everything Deadwood has to offer - literally - 116 steps down into the gulch. The Deadwood City Rec & Aquatics fitness center is located at the base of the stairs, and stones throw from the apartment.

This sunny apartment has a private entrance, open kitchen and living room layout with two bedrooms and a full sofa sleeper that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two blocks from the YMCA and walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. *Please note, if you're uncomfortable going up a set of stairs this unit isn't for you.

This stylish, 800 sq. ft studio has beautiful views of the Black Hills and is surrounded by national forest. It's a short 10 minute drive to Rapid City on the scenic Rimrock Highway. Amazing hikes and a scenic overlook are a short distance away. There's a private entry to the walk out lower level on a 6 acre lot. Studio has king sized bed, full bathroom, kitchenette w/ lg. fridge, microwave,toaster oven, coffee maker, etc . Outdoor parking or covered parking is available in inclement weather.

The Sage - Hinterwood Inn & Cabins

The Sage is part of Hinterwood Inn and Cabins and sleeps up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a king bed, a daybed/trundle (two twin mattresses) in the living room. It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, a regular coffee pot, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. It includes one full, spacious bathroom with a shower (no tub). It's approximately 500 sq. feet. Enjoy the private fire pit area, the gas grill outside, and the expansive outdoor spaces on the property.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Unfortunately, parties and/or pets are NOT allowed.

Private entry, kitchenette, full bath, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a double) and an extra queen behind the TV sitting area. Satellite TV and wifi are included. Box Elder Creek runs through the property, bring your poles if you like to fish! 🐟 Swing set, playhouse and sandbox on site for the kids. 😊
