This is Josh and Christie's basement studio apartment. There is a separate entrance that you have to yourself. We are just a 5-min walk from downtown, so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing, and our location is convenient. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Copper Canyon Lodge is a 5k sq ft mountainside lodge nestled on 20 acres in the Black Hills. The Canyon Suite is the entire lower level of the lodge & sleeps 6. Private entry, kitchenette, full bath, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a double) and an extra queen behind the TV sitting area. Satellite TV and wifi are included.
